The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled mechanic to join our service team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our shop crew to ensure that our fleet is well-maintained and road-ready. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Shop Supervisor to ensure seamless operations
  • Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations of tractors and trailers
  • Servicing trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units, and collaborating with colleagues to complete repairs
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team's objectives

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Physical fitness and stamina
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
