Job Summary:

Manage store operations, lead associates, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    • Achieve sales and profit goals through effective budget management and sales forecasts.
    • Analyze sales/financial reports and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Communicate sales results and guide associates in interpreting results.
  • Operational Planning:
    • Create operational plans with the management team and prioritize tasks.
    • Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to managers and associates.
    • Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
  • Asset Protection and Safety:
    • Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls.
    • Maintain quality assurance standards and oversee safety reviews.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve customers as an ambassador for the store.
    • Greet customers, seek feedback, and resolve issues.
    • Model and enforce customer service approaches and techniques.
  • Community Involvement:
    • Support store initiatives to serve the community.
    • Participate in community events and develop relationships with key groups.
    • Emphasize the store's role in the community.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead associates through regular store meetings and communication.
    • Drive engagement, recognize accomplishments, and provide opportunities for growth.
    • Develop all associates and identify high-potential individuals.
  • Accountability and Compliance:
    • Hold associates accountable through timely and respectful performance feedback.
    • Build and manage relationships with supporting functions within the store and district.
    • Comply with company standards and procedures.
