Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at 5005193 ONTARIO INC. in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that expired or damaged items are removed in a timely manner.
  • Task Management: Assist healthcare professionals with various tasks, including billing third-party insurers, compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams, and maintaining patient records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
