Job SummaryHow Your Role Makes a Difference: You will oversee the dining staff, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
As a Dining Room Team Lead, you will:
- Supervise all dining and food service operations
- Manage the hiring and orientation of dining room staff
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to Compass' Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and WHMIS regulations
- Handle Dining Room scheduling and staff training
- Coordinate meal deliveries efficiently
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food Service/Hospitality Industry
- Hold a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- A highly motivating, mentoring, and leadership-oriented individual
- An exceptionally detail-oriented and dedicated team player
- Possess strong client relationship skills
- Prior experience in Food and Beverage industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
