**Job Description**

We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team in Kentville, NS, working on a permanent full-time basis. As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and advising clients on insurance matters
  • Selling new policies and retaining existing business
  • Quoting new business and processing renewals
  • Preparing documentation for insurers and completing applications for clients
  • Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Actively participating in training initiatives and community marketing efforts

**Requirements**

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • A valid insurance license for the Province of Nova Scotia or willingness to obtain same
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
