Ensure a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offer assistance to meet the customer's shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. As a Department Manager, you will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers, and resolving issues.
  • Delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of tasks such as Customer Availability Process, price changes, and feature sets.
  • Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.
  • Train, coach, and offer feedback to associates.
Compensation: The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.15. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Requirements:
