The Position

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping the company run smoothly and efficiently. You will be essential in supporting key areas of the business, primarily Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will gain extensive experience working with our customer relationship management (CRM) system (NetSuite), which is integral to our business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of our order processing practices
  • Provide administrative support for software sales
  • Act as the main contact for general customer needs, via phone or email, and distribute incoming phone calls
  • Support the sales team with planning and operations tasks
  • Monitor opportunities, accounts, and contacts, as appropriate
  • Ensure maintenance and renewal reminders are sent out accurately and on-time
  • Update and maintain product listing and pricing
  • Help ensure the company utilizes its CRM to its full functionality and suggest process improvements where appropriate
  • Analyze and review CRM data and reports
  • Help to support and maintain integrations to/from CRM systems, as needed

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Experience in administrative and/or customer service roles
  • Experience with NetSuite would be an asset
  • Post-secondary education in office management or business administration would be an asset
