Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Manage the Controllership team on day-to-day operations, including turn-around times, process oversight, employee performance, coaching and onboarding.
- Identify and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives for Finance, collaborating and leading the execution of organizational initiatives that have an impact on financial processes and controls.
- Financial Processes, Oversight and Controls: Accountability and oversight of the financial month-end processing and related controls through the review of internal financial statements, note disclosures, and supporting working papers.
- Budgeting and Analysis: Execute the budget process, review and analyze operating and administrative expenditures, prepare quarterly cashflow forecast, and support business case development and controls.
- Professional Accounting Designation: A Professional Accounting Designation is required, along with a minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Financial Expertise: Excellent financial expertise, with a strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
