We are currently seeking a Casual opportunity for a Resident/Client Care Coordinator at Queen's Park Care Centre in New Westminster, BC. Queen's Park Care Centre offers rehabilitation services, an adult day program, and long-term care facilities. Join us in making a real difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents/clients.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality of care.
- Promote interprofessional collaboration and excellence in practice.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in research activities.
- Conduct plan of care conferences and rounds for optimal resident/client management.
- Mentor and support staff, participate in staff orientation and training.
- Participate in change management and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of clinical decision support tools/policies.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in the designated area, including one (1) year in a supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification relevant to the clinical area is required.

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate resident/client care.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to perform job duties.
