Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Technician to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Installation: Install electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels, in accordance with blueprints and electrical codes.
  • Electrical System Testing: Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty components.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that all electrical systems meet quality and safety standards, and document any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical systems installation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical codes.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLCs and Robotics Systems: Experience with programming and troubleshooting PLCs and robotics systems.
  • Custom Assembly Experience: Experience with custom assembly of water treatment systems.
  • Mechanical Skills: Ability to operate a variety of machinery, including pipe/conduit/tube benders, grinders, drills, etc.
