Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our Information Technology Department at CPK Interior Products Inc. This role will be responsible for providing infrastructure and process support for ICT to manufacturing plant operations, ensuring seamless integration with our manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ICT standards and guidelines within the local ICT infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office Suite, Server, and workstation implementation and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain technical procedures and documentation for applications
  • Manage ICT projects, including VM Ware integration and technical support
  • Support daily ICT operations, including ticket management and resolution

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or relevant practical experience
  • 3+ years work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to Exchange and SharePoint environments
  • Extensive experience in client/server distributed computer systems
  • Strong competencies in server platform installations and support
  • Knowledge of VM Ware with regards to installation, creation, and support
