Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create visually appealing store displays and events that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques to ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice and service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or makeup-related role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail point-of-sale software and ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to work in Canada.
