As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, while also working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Combine creative and technical expertise to provide personalized and inspirational customer service
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and achieve visual merchandising standards
- Provide make-up artistry services to customers, including demonstrations and consultations
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest make-up trends and techniques
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.80 - $26.95
