**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Davidson Health Centre. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum level of functioning.
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

**Requirements:**

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Food Safe certificate and valid driver's license (where required).

**Other Information:**

  • Conditional hire must complete required education/equivalent within 2 years.
