We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Davidson Health Centre. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using the bathroom.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including their living space and personal belongings.

• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where required
• Food Safe certificate, where required
