We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Director to lead our IT infrastructure team at DELAN - IT Head Hunters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center management, team leadership, and technical expertise in cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership
- Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the operation and maintenance of our data centers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Data Center Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our data centers, including infrastructure management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure the highest level of service availability and performance for our customers.
- Technical Expertise
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Vmware, Cisco, Sonicwall, and Nutanix.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Customer Management
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- 7+ years of experience in a data center management role.
- Proven track record of team leadership and management.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Bilingual (French required, functional English).
