We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Marriott Courtyard & Residence Inn Aéroport de Montréal. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of hotel transactions during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify transactions of each receptionist during the day and evening
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Invoice room rates and taxes on each customer invoice
  • Finalize transactions completed during the day
  • Create and/or print and transmit required reports
  • Verify, balance and review room availability to maximize hotel revenues
  • Assign rooms according to special requests
  • Responsible for the security of the hotel and guests during the night
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of front desk equipment
  • Ability to solve minor problems and/or know the appropriate contacts
  • Encourages teamwork
  • Familiar with operating procedures and standards
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible
  • Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail
Working Conditions

The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced environment and be available to work night shifts.
