As a Suite Runner, job functions include:

  • Take full responsibility for an assignment of Executive and Hospitality Suites; ensuring their fridges are stocked with beverages, delivering food orders, providing service while building strong relationships with returning guests and Suite owners in a high-touch environment.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to:
    • work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
    • safely lift up to 35 lbs
    • stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Be passionately committed to a high level of quality service
  • Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain a calm, friendly and professional demeanour
  • Be a solutions provider, committed to continuous improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of a larger team across the organization, and continuously interact in a positive and professional manner
  • Display a neat, tidy and professional presentation to meet a high level of appearance and service standards
