Your key responsibilities will include building deep relationships with key stakeholders, providing comprehensive support, and driving platform adoption. You'll also cultivate product expertise, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and represent the voice of the customer.

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about customer success and has a strong background in relationship management, rapid thinking, and problem-solving.

If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention, we'd love to hear from you.

**Location:**

This role will be based in Toronto. While we are remote-friendly, we place a high value on face-to-face collaboration and team building.

**Compensation:**

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000, plus equity.
