As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Management Team to create a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
* Provide store leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling

**Qualifications:**
