Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive accounting and tax compliance engagements, meeting and exceeding expectations in terms of budget, timeframe, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to steer client engagements to successful conclusions.
  • Conduct client-specific research to bolster the firm's repository of knowledge.
  • Prepare working papers and tax returns.
  • Engage actively in client and team meetings, bringing value and insights to the table.
  • Identify avenues for further engagement with existing clients and champion those opportunities within the firm.
Candidate Profile
  • Hold a university undergraduate degree and a CPA designation.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of public practice experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges faced by small-to-medium-sized businesses.
  • Be an independent and highly motivated self-starter with a penchant for multitasking.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for building fruitful relationships.
  • Be a positive energy bearer ready to be a valuable asset to the team.
