  • Work on multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, some of which are quite complex.
  • Lead workshops for gathering requirements and act as a liaison between clients and technical resources.
  • Participate in various activities including intake triage, Release/Change management, and functional test cycles.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow version upgrades, quarterly patches, and test automation.
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of BA and QA processes.
  • Assist in production incident analysis and troubleshooting.

If you have the necessary skills, you'll be a great fit for this role. We're looking for individuals with:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst working on ServiceNow applications.
  • Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow Applications and ITIL foundation.
  • Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • A background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ITIL V4 Foundation.
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration using agile/lean practices.
