The Opportunity
This position works in the Diabetes Care Division, focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Consumer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Leading direct-to-consumer marketing activation, including digital, social, TV, and website activation.
- Managing external agencies to deliver marketing programs and promotional materials on-time and on-budget.
- Collaborating with Sales teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs and tactics.
- Identifying and analyzing market research needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Supporting the launch of new product innovation for consumer, including communications, content development, new campaign creations, and media planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of product/brand management experience within pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or diabetes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to develop and achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge of the Diabetes and Healthcare markets and the ability to effectively interface with sales teams, external and internal customers.
- Ability to anticipate market changes, input on product strategy, and develop and implement launch programs that drive business objectives.
- Strong administrative and communication skills and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
