Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

This role is responsible for manufacturing products according to customer and company requirements while working within a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sanitation, set-up, and operation of all production equipment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Perform duties according to established safety standards and company policies, complete documentation accurately, and access relevant information on the Apotex intranet.
  • Productivity and Equipment: Dismantle, clean, and assemble manufacturing equipment, safely operate equipment, conduct in-process testing, and execute SAP and LIMS transactions accurately.
  • Teamwork: Actively contribute to team meetings, seek and accept feedback, work effectively with team members, and communicate effectively in English.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift 20 kgs, working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office, results-oriented, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous manufacturing experience in the Food/Pharmaceutical Industry is an asset.
