- Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Nursing diploma.
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
- Advanced research skills.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Advanced facilitation skills.
- Basic decision-making skills.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in communication techniques and approaches.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge in education and program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Knowledge in diverse cultures, values, and traditions.
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- One year of nursing experience in a primary health care setting is preferred.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
