Job Title: Unit Marketing ManagerThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Unit Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Job Summary- Travel Requirements: York University campuses in North York, Toronto and Markham.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, event-driven role with some evening and weekend work.
As a Unit Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing marketing programs, promotions, and strategies to engage with students and staff.
- Managing social media accounts and creating content for social media platforms.
- Overseeing the production of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and websites.
- Creating excitement around available marketing programs and promotions with operations and students.
- Measuring, tracking, and communicating results on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting sales and revenue growth initiatives to achieve targets.
- Managing all communication and marketing materials.
- Engaging with a wide demographic of staff, managers, and students to determine their needs and manage feedback.
- Maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with clients, customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Collaborating with unit managers and associates to help them understand the importance of marketing strategies.
- Analyzing and evaluating marketing programs.
- At least two years of experience in marketing with a degree or diploma in marketing.
- Proficient with social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing plans associated with food and food brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- An energetic, outgoing, and proactive approach.
