Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Wilkie Health Centre.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community health and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and promote health education to patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Master of Nurse Practitioner degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • One year of experience in community development/health promotion activities.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Specialization.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS).
