What you'll do
  • Advises line manager on people management issues, complex HR
    processes and legal boundaries
  • Advises on HR policies, including Reward policies and
    talent management processes and escalates out-of-policy
    cases/requests to HR business partner.
  • Assesses feasibility and boundaries of certain people management practices in specific contexts (factory, commercial, Business Group, HQ...)
  • Aims to meet targets and monitor KPI's related to quality, speed
    and customer satisfaction when handling cases using our case management system
  • Continuously drive standardization and improvements in way of
    working, including pro-actively addressing communication and portal content on topics that can be (further) standardized.
  • Acts in close co-operation with other functions within HR
    Services, especially Contact Center Advisor and Admin &Payroll specialist, and with other HR functions, such as local HR business partner and COE's (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Talent Development, Training)
Your qualifications
  • An independent HR Generalist
  • Minimum of BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related.
  • 1+ year of experience within a HR business partner/HR support
    role, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
  • Must have knowledge of HR regulations/processes, labor law,
    benefits, payroll, training and related.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday is preferred)
  • Strong communication/consultative/partnership skills are a must.
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken

Ce que vous ferez

  • Guide le supérieur hiérarchique sur les questions de gestion du personnel, les processus RH complexes et les limites juridiques.
  • Donne des conseils sur les politiques de ressources humaines, y compris les politiques de rémunération et les processus de gestion des talents, et fait remonter les cas de non-respect des politiques et transmet les cas/demandes aux partenaires commerciaux des ressources humaines.
  • Évalue la faisabilité et les limites de certaines pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines dans des contextes spécifiques (usine, commerce, groupe d'entreprises, siège social...).
  • Vise à atteindre les objectifs et à contrôler les indicateurs clés de performance relatifs à la qualité, à la rapidité et à la satisfaction des clients lors du traitement des dossiers à l'aide du système de gestion des dossiers.
  • Favorise en permanence la normalisation et l'amélioration des méthodes de travail, notamment en abordant de manière proactive la communication et le contenu du portail sur des sujets qui peuvent être (davantage) normalisés.
  • Agit en étroite collaboration avec d'autres fonctions au sein de HR
    notamment le conseiller du centre de contact et le spécialiste de l'administration et de la paie, ainsi qu'avec d'autres fonctions RH, telles que le partenaire commercial RH local et les centres d'expertise (acquisition des talents, rémunération, développement des talents, formation).

Vos qualifications

  • Un(e) généraliste RH indépendant(e)
  • Minimum de BS/BA en Ressources Humaines, Commerce, ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus d'un an d'expérience dans un rôle de partenaire d'affaires ou de soutien aux RH, de préférence au sein d'une grande organisation multinationale de préférence au sein d'une grande organisation multinationale.
  • Connaissance des réglementations et processus en matière de ressources humaines, du droit du travail, des avantages sociaux, de la paie, de la formation et d'autres domaines connexes des avantages sociaux, de la paie, de la formation et des domaines connexes.
  • Solides compétences en MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expérience des systèmes ERP (Workday de préférence)
  • De solides compétences en matière de communication, de consultation et de partenariat sont indispensables.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
