Job Description

We are seeking a Banquet Attendant to join our team. As a Banquet Attendant, you will work closely with the food and beverage team and the conference/banquet sales team to assist in setting up, dismantling, and maintaining meeting and banquet rooms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set up and dismantle meeting rooms according to provided plans.
  • Perform basic room setup.
  • Clean meeting rooms and banquet equipment.
  • Ensure the installation of certain equipment.
  • Handle the transport of boxes and materials.
  • Keep storage spaces well organized.
  • Perform all necessary support tasks for the department.
  • Serve as a role model for high-quality customer service and contribute to maintaining this standard.
  • Be self-reliant and comfortable with problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
  • Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting heavy objects.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Availability during the day, evening, and weekends.
