We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our stores and protecting our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective shrink reduction strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets.
- Train and develop Store Management and Associates on Loss Prevention best practices and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Store Management, District Managers, and Home Office teams.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as law enforcement and other retail companies, to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to Loss Prevention initiatives, including floor walkers, audits, and other related costs.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft and shrinkage, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to Loss Prevention activities.
- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Criminology.
- Minimum three years of experience in Loss Prevention or a related field, with a proven track record of success in reducing shrinkage and protecting company assets.
- Advanced knowledge of Loss Prevention principles and practices, including investigation techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of CCTV applications and other Loss Prevention technologies.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
