Beauty Incubator Recruitment are excited to announce that we are partnering with one of Ontario's most prestigious spa & hotels who are searching for an exceptional Spa Director.

The Spa Director will be responsible for the overall strategic planning for the Spa facility which includes financial, marketing, human resource & administrative responsibility. This position requires:

  • Creativity and the ability to maintain and operate the Spa to the 5* standards.
  • Developing existing markets as well as develop strategies to identify & enter new markets to grow the spa whilst keeping abreast and ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of highly motivated individuals
  • Monitor operational quality and safety
  • Monitor employee performance and support growth and development
  • Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
  • Inform employees of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and/or corporate policies and guidelines.

To be considered for the position our client requires:

  • 3+ years of luxury spa experience
  • Practical knowledge of spa operations
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
  • Flexible schedule and positive working attitude
