Job Description
As a Back of House Lead, you have a passion for outdoor activities and live an active lifestyle. You demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and employees. You will oversee the execution of processing inbound/outbound inventory, replenishment, and inventory accuracy. You will be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency for merchandise movement. You will also contribute to our in-store ecommerce fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Execute the freight process function of shipping/receiving, transfers, RTV's, and claims.
  • Support the management team by providing leadership to part-time team members in the execution of tasks and store standards.
  • Maintain the back of house stock areas.
  • Support in-store eCommerce order fulfillment through processing of orders and executing courier transactions as per company policies.
  • Maintain inventory management systems in conjunction with salesfloor and eComm teams to achieve online order SLA.
  • Compliant to loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
  • Complete backroom to floor replenishment processing in support of visual merchandising activities

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • 6+ months of previous retail experience
  • Previous experience training and mentoring employees
  • Proven ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy containers (up to 50lbs)
  • Computer literacy is an asset
  • A passion for the outdoors and a drive to inspire others

Educational Level
High school education or current enrollment in high school

Experience Level
Intermediate
