Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, providing them with constructive feedback while maintaining a high level of employee morale; create an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as a highly functioning team
  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions on matters of importance to guest service
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to ensure guest recovery
  • Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
  • Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.
-Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards-Inspect Open/Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists-Enforce Company Policies and Procedures with Cash handling & reconciliation – balance tills, provide due-backs-Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment-Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently-Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff-Exceptional organizational skills-Reporting to the General Manager-Extended Health Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision)
