Purpose

To offer effective training that enhances the knowledge and skill level of Scotiabank's Small Business, Corporate & Commercial clients on all services supported by GTB Product & Services. The role involves arranging remote training sessions, following up with clients, and collaborating with other departments at Scotiabank to provide a high-quality training experience to both clients and internal partners. This ensures a high level of knowledge and confidence in utilizing Scotiabank's GTB products and services, increases client satisfaction, and decreases calls to our support teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide client training for GTB Products & Services by:
    • Delivering comprehensive training on any GTB products supported by the Helpdesk, ensuring clients feel confident using their new services post-session.
    • Maintaining training schedules with department management and clients.

Contribute to enhancing the competitiveness, marketability, and sale of GTB products by supporting internal partner, sales, and support team training through:

  • Reviewing client setup and entitlements to ensure they align with their training needs for smooth session delivery.
  • Engaging the helpdesk, BBO, and other departments as necessary to resolve any setup issues that may hinder training.
  • Providing training to internal partners, as needed, utilizing various channels based on assessed needs.

Contribute to enhancing the sale of and competitiveness, marketability, and efficiency of GTB products by:

  • Identifying technical, operational, and product feature enhancements that would allow for processing efficiencies and meet customer needs.
  • Evaluating processes and documentation to potentially improve the internal operation of the department, providing recommendations to management.

Measure training success by:

  • Utilizing customers' and partners' training feedback and training analytics to enhance existing programs and processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written is necessary.
  • Strong product knowledge to conduct comprehensive training sessions for Scotiabank's Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business clients.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) are crucial in managing customer needs to optimize the quality of delivered training sessions.
