Job Description:

Responsible for all purchase transactions within the food and beverage outlets while maintaining a positive guest experience. The Food and Beverage Attendant shall perform all required duties in a friendly and professional manner that include but are not limited to removing used dishes, assisting with cleaning duties, and barista duties as required. Additional duties will also include cleaning duties such as, sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, sanitizing and cleaning of washrooms.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debitsMaintain and stock product to established par levelsEnsure cleanliness & maintenance of all lodge areas at all times including restroomsPrepare quality hot and cold beverage orders quickly and accurately Clean and disinfect bathrooms including toilets, sinks mirrors and floorKnowledge and adherence of AGLC legislationContinued commitment to high standards of service, exceeding customer expectations

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Energetic and self-motivated, must be able to work well in a team as well as independentlyManual dexterity required Must be able to lift, push, pull and move food, equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of twenty-five (25) poundsPunctuality and reliability is essentialPossess strong communication & interpersonal skillsPrior cash-handling experience an assetCurrent Pro-Serve certification - must be received within 30-days of hirePrevious barista experience considered an assetComplete other tasks as assignedStrong written and verbal English with a second language considered an assetComplete other tasks as assignedA Police Background Check from your home country or province will be required upon commencement of employment

Work Schedule:

5 Days On / 2 Days Off - Business level dependent

Dress Code:

Employee to provide their own: Black dress pants, Black polish-able non slip shoes, Black socks as per Appearance Policy.

Correct uniform shirt to be purchased from LLSR.
