About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-time Adventure Facilitator (Sales Associate). As an Adventure Facilitator, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and firsthand experiences while driving sales.
- Work with a team of like-minded and motivated individuals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet customers and provide guidance on items that will fit their unique needs.
- Advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Execute store tasks and upkeep such as visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, seasonal changeover, and inventory.
- Participate in promotional activities and local events to promote our brand and products.
- Have a passion for the outdoors and experience with skiing, snowboarding, biking, and/or running.
- Be outgoing, friendly, and approachable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have proven sales experience and demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.
- Be highly motivated and able to work without supervision, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
