Adventure365 is currently seeking a Full-time Adventure Facilitator (Sales Associate). An Adventure Facilitator is energetic, people-focused, and has a passion for Ski, Bike, and Run. This is a great Full-Time opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of adventurers with a shared passion for sports and the outdoors.

- Have customer service experience.
**This Adventure involves**:
- Engaging customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge and firsthand experiences while driving sales.
- Working with a team of like-minded and motivated individuals.
- Greeting customers and providing guidance on items that will fit their unique needs.
- Help customers with the use and care of merchandise, and providing advice on specialized products or services
- Staying knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Working with the team to keep the store running smoothly especially when it comes to inventory - stocking shelves, pricing, visual merchandising, seasonal changeover, and inventory.
- Constantly learning and growing in your role.
- Participating in fun promotional activities and local events.
- Representing the company with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
