**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Wild Wing restaurant. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Apply advanced knowledge of beverages to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Utilize developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Maintain, set, and clear tables as required to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids through the SQUIRREL system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu items, beverages, and current promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary, and secure storage when required.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed (shift dependent) to maintain a high level of service quality.

**Qualifications**

  • Smart Serve, Serving It Right, or equivalent certification required.

**Abilities, Attributes, and Experience**

  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience handling payment and gratuities through a POS system (preferred).
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
