Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Analyst
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Initiatives Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our TD&L and Commercial Unit, you'll work cross-functionally on a range of strategic initiatives, driving value creation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to inform business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with the CD&I team to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Provide analytical insights and reporting to support business decisions.
- Develop and present key messages and facts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in a confidential and collaborative manner on multiple projects.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Operations, Business, or Financial Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams and using project management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and interface with various levels of management.
- Proven analysis and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
