Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Lodex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise a team of 5-10 transportation staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and passengers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to transportation staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
