We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Full Time Community Physiotherapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their function and mobility
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited degree program in Physiotherapy (PT)
  • Current Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPTO)
  • At least two years of recent clinical work experience as a directing physiotherapist
