About the Role

SIXT Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at the Toronto Airport branch. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and administrative support to ensure a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Sales and Upselling: Prepare rental agreements, advise on and up-sell vehicles and optional extras to customers according to their needs, and meet all sales and service standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily lists, assist with the return and turnaround of vehicles, and perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Driver's License: A valid provincial driver's license for the province of employment, with a clean driving record.
  • Travel: Ability to travel, with some of which may be by airplane, and willingness to wear company uniforms.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
