Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at DHALIWAL DAIRY. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal store performance
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Goal-oriented and hardworking with excellent time management skills
