About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, physical fitness, and excellent communication skills. As a Corporate Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with property standards, rules, and regulations
  • Perform highly visible patrols of assigned areas and engage with tenants, guests, and employees
  • Control vehicle traffic and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, or AED support
  • Investigate incidents and occurrences, and prepare detailed reports
  • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and de-escalate emergency situations
  • Assist emergency and law enforcement personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods (8-12 hours)
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior security experience and a valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handle stress and pressure
  • Must have a clean driver abstract and a strong command of the English language
