- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all operational departments to ensure seamless execution of kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Report any needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately, ensuring that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Culinary Experience: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification required.
- Education: Certificate from a recognized cooking school.
- Skills: Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; familiarity with industry's best practices; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent written and verbal communication skills; physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
