We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is able to work independently as well as with a team. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field, and at least two years of work-related experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant concerns, complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and move-in & move out inspections.
- Maintain fire logbooks and perform regular inspections.
- Review rent roll and receivables, and communicate discrepancies.
- Implement community programs and develop relationships with community outreach programs.
- Contribute to operational excellence by completing tasks within Skyline standards and applicable legislation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
- Exceptional administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and other software-based programs.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord and Tenant Board guidelines and processes.
