We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Saint Vincent's Nursing Home. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and deliver services that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Nursing degree in Advanced Nursing Practice, current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia, and recent experience working in a long-term care setting. You will be responsible for assessing and intervening with residents, developing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. You will also provide clinical leadership and education to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
