Slot Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Supervisor to join our team at ACE Casinos. As a Slot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of gaming terminals, ensuring that personnel perform their duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise gaming terminal personnel and ensure they perform their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Settle patron disputes based on technical recommendations and ensure that hand pays are made to jackpot winners.
- Initiate and witness jackpot wins, promote slot events, and conduct inquiries into patron claims or complaints.
- Process and pay TITO tickets over a value of $5,000.00 and perform duties of a slot cashier when required.
- Unload and reload ATMs and TRKs, complete balance of ATMs and TRKs, and count, verify, and balance the Vault.
- Monitor and initiate all Slot Department initiatives, including overseeing large winnings and ensuring the cage is running efficiently.
- Resolve guest disputes, machine malfunctions, and team member issues, and report all operational issues to the Slot Supervisor or Slot Manager.
- Promote and maintain the highest levels of integrity and customer service, and ensure the Slot Department is operating efficiently and successfully in all areas.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Criminal Record Check and current AGLC registration gaming license.
- AML Certification and ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good rapport between all departments and ownership.
- Professional demeanor and ability to approach situations in a tactful manner.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and treat others with respect regardless of their status or position.
Working Conditions:
- Essential duties involve working with large numbers of people in an indoor environment.
- Physical exertion including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, stretching, and turning.
