About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a highly skilled and experienced AEM developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.
- Architect and design scalable and secure AEM solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of AEM projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design patterns, best practices, and technical guides.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital solutions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in AEM development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and solution architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AEM projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of AEM product suite, including Analytics and Target, and experience with REST API design and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and a strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
