We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg. As a member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Richardson's delivered systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting employees globally by performing account and security modifications, troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues, and fulfilling requests.
  • Initial point of contact for technical assistance via our ticketing system.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 product suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune), Windows 10/11, MacOS, smartphones, tablets, printers, security cameras, IoT, VOIP, and ISP.
  • Collaborating with other development and support groups within Information Technology.
  • Participating in various projects as assigned.
  • Inventory management of company assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player as well as individually.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of firewalls, VPN, and basic networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell would be considered an asset.
  • A valid class 5 driver's license.
